We are currently recruiting for an Analyst, Finance Technology. We are seeking a qualified, dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our company.
Main responsibilities
Reporting to the Associate Director, Finance Transformation, your key responsibilities will include:
- Finance Platform Operations (Run)
- Administer and act as a super-user for multiple (5) finance platforms, working in close proximity with finance teams, providing continuous user support, documentation, and ongoing process and solution improvements
- Maintain finance data models, master data, hierarchies, and business rules
- Ensure data integrity across the general ledger and connected systems through automated controls and reconciliations
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integrations, refreshes, and close-cycle dependencies
- Maintain and enhance recurring finance reports supporting close, reconciliations, variance analysis, management reporting, and audit needs
- Transformation & change
- Support finance transformation initiatives by identifying automation opportunities, translating requirements into solutions, and implementing the changes directly in finance platforms
- Design and maintain curated finance datasets that support consistent, reconciled reporting
- Develop dashboards and analytics products with a strong focus on usability, performance, and consistent KPI definitions
- Partner with IT and vendors to deliver scalable, supportable integrations and solutions
- Strengthen data foundations to support long-term analytics and AI-ready use cases
Requirements
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in finance systems, reporting, or data roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Experience with administration and maintenance of finance systems
- Advanced Excel (including Power Query and structured modelling) as well as strong SQL and data transformation skills
- Experience building reports and dashboards in a BI tool (Power BI an asset)
- Nice to have: Experience with specific EPM platforms (e.g., Tagetik), ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud) and other finance tools (e.g., Concur, Kyriba, Clearwater) and practical use of AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex) within areas of expertise

- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong finance mindset with an appreciation for controls, traceability, and accuracy
- The position requires an advanced level of oral and written French and English. The successful candidate will interact on a daily basis with representatives of the Group's various entities based in North America and Europe.
