Pascal Pépin
Vice-President, Human Resources and Administration
Mr. Pépin was appointed Vice-President, Human Resources and Administration of Power Corporation in January of 2026. In his role, he is responsible for human resources and compensation, as well as for real estate management and various aspects of Power’s operations.
Mr. Pépin joined Power Corporation in 2013 as Director, Compensation and Benefits Programs. He began his career in 1997 with Willis Towers Watson, where he held the position of Senior Consultant in the firm’s Montréal and Vancouver offices. In this role, he advised major Canadian and international organizations.
Mr. Pépin serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Pointe-à-Callière Foundation and he is Chair of its Investment Committee. He also serves on the Investment Committee of the Baxter & Alma Ricard Foundation.
He holds a Bachelor of Actuarial Science from Université Laval. He is also a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
