Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Analyst to join the Human Resources team. This person will be a qualified, dynamic and dedicated individual able to contribute to the success of our company.


Main responsibilities

In this position, key activities include:

  • Participate in the management of compensation programs (salary structure, short-term and long-term incentives)
  • Assist in the monitoring of the Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension plans and the production of analyses for the Pension Committee
  • Participate in the design and management of group benefit programs (group insurance contract, employee assistance program, share purchase plan, etc.)
  • Support the activities related to Executive Compensation and Disclosure
  • Responsible for Human Resources data management system (HRIS)
  • Assist in the production of documents and coordination of the Human Resources Committee meetings
  • Assist the Human Resources team in various employee related matters, from hiring to retirement


Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, finance, actuarial science or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in pension, benefits and/or compensation; interest in financial services an asset
  • Prior professional experience in top consulting firms or public corporations highly preferred
  • ASA or CFA candidate an asset
  • May report to the Montréal office or Toronto office with frequent visits to Montréal
  • Strong organizational abilities within a fast-paced project environment
  • Highly analytical and self-driven to support the team
  • Distinctive problem-solving skills, ability to structure solutions to complicated and ambiguous problems in a wide range of human resources topics
  • Team player, able to collaborate with colleagues with a variety of functional backgrounds
  • Ability to synthesize and articulate analyses and ideas concisely and with attention to detail
  • Bilingual (French and English); excellent written and oral communication skill
