Job Description

We are currently recruiting for the position of Administrative Assistant. We are seeking a qualified, dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our company.

Main responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Director, Human Capital, Director, Human Resources, and their team; 
  • File, organize and archive documents; 
  • Process invoices for payments;
  • Handle requests to subscribe to various publications;
  • Prepare various documents (e-mails, memos, correspondence and invitations; etc.) 
  • Update contact database;
  • Replace other assistants during their absence and provide additional support upon request;
  • Provide back-up to the receptionist on a daily basis;
  • Assist in preparation and presentation of documents;
  • Prepare reports as required.


  • 2-5 years of work experience within a large company; 
  • Secretarial, college diploma or BBA or BAA;
  • Excellent references will be required.


  • Bilingualism (French and English) both oral and written;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite and good knowledge of social medias;
  • Professionalism, very good interpersonal skills, dynamic and team spirit;
  • Meticulous and attention to details;
  • Good learning capacity, flexible and capable to adapt to constantly changing situations;
  • Autonomy, discretion, confidentiality;
  • Proactive, work collaboratively.
